CNC Machinists
The backbone of the shop. Our machinists set up, run, and dial in every job. They read drawings, adjust on the fly, and hold tolerances that matter.
CNC Programmers
They translate engineering intent into efficient toolpaths. They know when to push cycle time and when to play it safe — and they optimize every program for quality and speed.
Quality Inspectors
Nothing ships without their sign-off. They run the CMM, review every dimension, and generate the inspection reports that give our customers confidence.
Manufacturing Engineers
They design fixtures, optimize processes, and solve the hard problems. When a part looks impossible, they figure out how to make it work.
Operations & Logistics
They keep the shop running — scheduling jobs, managing materials, coordinating shipments, and making sure every order hits its deadline.
Applications Engineers
Your first point of contact. They review your drawings, run DFM checks, and make sure every order is set up for success before it hits the floor.
