A referral is successfully converted when a team or engineer you refer creates a new account on RivCut, uploads their CAD model, and places their first paid machining order. Once payment is confirmed, the referral status switches to "converted" and triggers your reward.
Payouts are processed monthly via secure bank transfer, PayPal, or Amazon Gift Card, based on your preference. We calculate converted referrals at the end of each calendar month and issue payouts within 15 days.
No. There is absolutely no limit on the number of teams you can refer or the total payouts you can accumulate. Once you reach Tier 3 (Gold), you will earn $100 for every single referred order you bring in.
Self-referrals are not allowed. To earn referral commissions, you must refer secondary contacts at different companies or separate teams that have never previously ordered parts or requested a quote from RivCut.
