Alloys Built for Seawater

We machine the full range of marine alloys — and engineering plastics like Delrin, UHMW, and PTFE for sheaves, wear pads, and bushings that need to run dry. Every order ships with mill certs and heat lot traceability, so you know exactly what went in the water.

5052 / 5083 Marine-Grade Aluminum
The standard for hull-adjacent brackets, consoles, and deck hardware. Lightweight with excellent saltwater corrosion resistance. We also machine 6061 and 7075 for structural parts above the waterline.
316 Stainless Steel
The workhorse of marine hardware. Its molybdenum content resists pitting and crevice corrosion in salt water — the right call for shafts, fasteners, deck fittings, and pump components. 303, 304, and 17-4 PH available for drier duty.
Bronze & Brass C360
Traditional marine alloys for bushings, bearings, propeller hardware, and low-friction wear components. Easy-machining brass C360 for fittings and adapters where the application allows.
Titanium Grade 2 / Grade 5
Effectively immune to seawater corrosion and roughly half the weight of steel. The premium choice for fittings, fasteners, and components in permanent seawater contact where failure is not an option.
