Hydraulic Valve Body — Hastelloy C-276
Spool bore held to ±0.0005" in Hastelloy for an HCl acid processing system. Thermal deburring on cross-drilled passages. Zero corrosion after 6 months in service.
Pressure Vessel Flange — Inconel 625
ASME B16.5 Class 600 flange with RTJ groove. Inconel 625 for nitric acid service at 500°F. Passed hydrostatic at 3000 PSI.
Heat Exchanger Tube Sheet — 316L
156 tube holes in triangular pitch on 30" disk. Drilled from both sides, camera-verified alignment. Hydrostatic test passed at 450 PSI, zero leaks.
Pump Impeller — Reverse Engineered, 3-Day Rush
CMM-scanned a worn impeller with no CAD data. Built 3D model, machined 2 replacement impellers in 3 days. Plant avoided shutdown.
